ABOUT OUR CLASSESWe specialize in outdoor 30 minute workout classes (Run + Strength and Run + Drills) and 60 minute classes (Run + Yoga and The FITNESSRUNS™). The FITNESS RUNS™ class is our signature class and is the only class that we actually run from one location to another (the average distance is about 3 to 4 miles). The classes are for all levels, however we strongly recommend that you can run 2-3 miles non-stop and average at least a 10-12 minute mile pace for the FITNESS RUNS™ classes.
