ABOUT OUR PROGRAMSWe specialize in outdoor 30 minute workout classes (Run + Strength and Run + Drills) and 60 minute classes (Run + Yoga and The FITNESSRUNS™). The FITNESS RUNS™ class is our signature class and is the only class that we actually run from one location to another (the average distance is about 3 to 4 miles). The classes are for all levels, however we strongly recommend that you can run 2-3 miles non-stop and average at least a 10-12 minute mile pace for the FITNESS RUNS™ classes. Also we are proud to announce our unique yoga class specifically for runners, cyclists and athletes on Monday’s at 8:30pm. We are calling it Yoga by Fitness Runs. The monday classes will be held at Stepping Out Studios at 37th W. 26th st. 9th fl. We even do a 30min fun run before class. Our latest reviews: ClassPass, BurnThis and Blood Sweat and Cheers
RUN + DRILLS
DRILLS + HILLSNeed to work on hills? Those of you looking for a quick cardio focused work-out, this is your class! After our signature dynamic warm-up, the class moves into running intervals interspersed with cardio-strength drills designed to build muscle and burn fat during and after the work-out. We finish up with a short spurt tabada sequence, alternating exercises to give you one final cardio push.

Yoga by Fitness Runs
Here are the benefits for runners, cyclists and athletes who add yoga to their workouts.
