  2. It’s ECO friendly! All our programs are outdoors, so NO GYM is required! Our runs take place in local parks or along the water front. So it will be a low cost method of expanding a hotel’s workout options beyond an on-site gym or health club

It’s no secret NYC has some of the best places to run in the world! Many tourists and even New Yorkers themselves don’t take advantage of these great places to run. Let us help you connect with your hotel guests by offering our signature group runs as a concierge service to your guests.

We will make this a private running class which only your hotel guest and friends can sign up to using a special code we provide to you. It would look something like this “HOTELNAME Fitness Runs”, we would then add a time and day as well as a short description of the class you would like to provide to your employees. This is where you can get creative. Some examples: Run across the Brooklyn Bridge, a run in Central Park or even a run along the west side highway along the water front. Perhaps some yoga on the water front… it could be something very memorable for hotel guests

image-sixWe can work with groups ranging from a minimum of 10 to upwards of 100 or more people. We also use a ratio of 1 coach for every 20 hotel guests who participate for safety reasons.

Hotel’s have the options to make this a one time event or have it recur on a weekly basis which we would request a two month commitment from companies.

Four Options That We Offer Your Hotel Guest

The FITNESS RUNS – We run intervals along the river, which are broken up into strength and cardio drills. The combination of strength and cardio exercises is designed to work key areas of the body that improve overall running performance.

Run + Yoga – This hybrid workout combines a high-intensity 30-minute cardio session with a 30-minute yoga series specially designed for runners. The unique combination of strength and flexibility exercises is necessary for runners to optimize their body performance and fitness results.

Traditional Group Run – We take your customers on a supervised run along pre-planned routes located in parks throughout the city. We have a variety of routes to choose from. You will also be emailed a complete list/calendar of our running routes 1 month before they take place, so you have ample time to plan accordingly.

Special Running Event (90 Min.) – This will be a pre-planned event that we will work on with you and have your input into what your goals are and your ideas. We will work together on this and make the event memorable for your employees.

All our programs come with nutrition plans to help initiate weight/fat loss and promote a healthy lifestyle.

HOTEL PAYS:

  • OPTIONS: Fitness Runs, Run + Yoga and Traditional Group Run
  • Minimum of 10 people ($25)
  • $20 per extra participant
  • Request a quote for groups larger then 10 up to 50 people
  • Save 10% if you commit to one month or more (1x weekly)
  • Your hotel staff gets 25% off all our services for duration of contract

  • A special code is given to your guest to save 25% off all classes
  • Simply tell your guests about the class, they would sign up on our website
  • We add a class at or near your hotel, it would be open to our members also (it’s NOT a private class)
  • Your hotel STAFF AND GUESTS would get special code and save 25% off all our classes

SPECIAL EVENTS:

  • Custom Workout for your company
