- For the FITNESSRUNS class - which moves from one location to another - it is recommended that you be able to run at least 10-minute mile pace. I'm sure you can! Test yourself on a treadmill.
- To make the most of your first class, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early so we can explain the workout and answer any questions you may have.
- Bring water, a small towel and ID
- NO BAGS unless you willing to run with it, which is not recommended.
- Citi Bike is a great way to get to class, and many people also run to and from class to increase their mileage.
Classes are year round. Unless it is severe weather such as heavy snow and ice, rain storm, thunder or extreme heat; classes will go on. Please check your emails, our facebook and twitter pages for all the latest updates on any changes or cancellations due to severe weather.
We will make every effort to determine whether or not to cancel class due to rain or inclement weather no later than two hours before the scheduled start time of the class, based on available hourly forecasts. In most cases, drizzle or light rain do not constitute cause for cancellation. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, either a make-up class will be scheduled, credit towards a new period will be applied, or, if you so request, a refund will be issued at the end of the present period. You will always get the number of classes you pay for!

Monthly Memberships W/ Perks
Monthly memberships have a NO CANCELLATION POLICY. Instructors and classes are subject to change. All sales are final. Packages are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable. A minimum commitment of 3 consecutive months is required before canceling.

No! It’s dangerous and distracting to others. We know how vital it can be to keep that phone with you, but please, for that hour you’re with us, pop it in the locker or put it to one side.

Nathaniel Oliver, fitness expert, personal trainer, avid marathon runner and triathlete, developed FitnessRuns™ after spending over a decade delivering customized in-home personal training to some of New York’s busiest executives, actors and models looking to maximize “bang for their buck” with the time they spent on fitness. Over the years, he has perfected the most time-efficient, calorie and fat-burning routines and is inspired to share his learnings with the growing number of NYC time-squeezed, health-conscious individuals. Nathaniel is certified by The American Council on Exercise and is also a Medical Exercise Specialist from American Academy of Health, Fitness, and Rehabilitation Professionals.
