Our unique HIIT sequence, developed by fitness expert, avid marathon runner and triathlete Nathaniel Oliver, is designed to push the body into the anaerobic metabolism zone and maximize the cardiovascular benefits both during and up to 72 hours post workout.
All our classes incorporate our signature dynamic warm-up designed for runners and non-runners alike to improve running performance and to prepare the body to enter the anaerobic metabolism zone as quickly as possible during the interval training.
